Keep on trucking

Ok, first things first. Here is the weekly weight watchers update. This week I lost 1.4 pounds putting me at 8.9 pounds total. This means it should be one week till I have 10 pounds lost. Now that's exciting.

In other news I have started to learn how to build a website. My first one is looking good although it's just a sample site from a book I'm using. Who knows maybe I will move on to bigger things afterwords.

I do believe the Yellowstone trip this summer will actually be happening. I have the whole trip loosely planned out and the first few days in detail. What I have done will be coming soon for you viewing pleasure.

Super Weigh In

Ok so here is the promised weigh in.

As you can see I'm down 2 pounds from last week which is pretty amazing seeing as how it is super bowl week. Although honestly I was 100% better during the Superbowl than I have been in the past. I've lost 7.5 pounds total in 4 weeks so I'm right on the 2 pounds a week pace. This was my first weigh in under 290 which was also exciting. Rexi has lost a little over 6 pounds, so together we are pushing 15 pounds. The best part is I feel good.

Matching Set

Well I've been slacking lately. We were out of school last Tuesday through Friday. I normally blog right before bed and with us having been out of school I was staying up later than I normally would and just wasn't making it around to blogging when I was getting ready for bed. The good news we were back at school today and tomorrow. The bad news it's looking like we may miss Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday again because of another 7-12" of snow. A day or two out of school can be nice for some R&R but were getting to the point where it's cutting to much learning time out. We are way over on hours so are kids don't have to make days up but the teachers do have to make the days up so we will have to see how long will we be out this time.

Michelle was in town this weekend and it was good to see her other than the fact that she drove her truck on our grass and now we have a huge tire mark. Well while my dad was here he was helping us put in an electrical outlet so that we didn't have an extension cord running across our kitchen. Well while he was here we decided to just go ahead and buy the matching microwave that goes with the oven so the kitchen would be pretty much done. Here is what it looks like.

It looks pretty good. Were excited for all the work that my dad did for us. Were also excited that our kitchen is looking good. We hosted a small super bowl shindig last night. It was a good time. We both used lots of points but we had saved our points for it. We weigh in tonight so look for another post with the results of that.

In other news I was thinking about making a travel itinerary website. If there is one thing i'm pretty good at it is planning vacations. Want to see NY in 3 days? I can do that. Want to take a cross country camping trip? I can do that also. I'm not sure if there is any need for something like this but it's something I enjoy doing so I think i'm going to give it a shot. The first thing I'm going to do is plan a several week cross country trip from Oklahoma up to Yellowstone and back through the badlands/Mt. Rushmore. Hope everyone is doing well. Stay warm with the weather coming up.
